Join us for an informal cupping of The Fermentation Project!  Sunday, October 4, 2026 2pm at Grok Coffee HQ: 2444 Jasmine St.

Prior to the cupping, Shawn Steiman will give a brief overview of coffee processing and how it fits into the context of this project.

We'll be cupping 1 Guatemalan coffee processed 4 ways!  It is an amazing project organized by James Hoffman.  Our coffees will be roasted by City Boy Coffee.
